  • Online booking is required. Please visit our website to make a booking before visiting the venue. 
  • The vouchers can only be redeemed online, they cannot be used in person or for walk-ins. 
  • The vouchers are valid for online redemption until the specific expiry date. Any unredeemed, unused vouchers past the expiry date will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy
  • To change a booking, you can do so by calling our concierge team at least 24 hours prior to the booking, and is subject to availability and price.
  • No refunds will be given for a change of mind. This includes partial or full refunds.
  • You will not incur additional charges for the changed booking.
